Westmoor Ltd. makes a variety of multiple pump units for various vacuum and pressure needs that require ultimate flexibility of design and function. Twin units are set up with one pump for vacuum and one pump for pressure for applications that require both vacuum and pressure. Twin units can also be manifolded for either vacuum or pressure use to double air flow capabilities. Pressure only units can also be fitted with an intercooler between pumps to allow continuous operating pressures of 20 psi plus.
Conde Twin Units can also be fitted with Alternating/Duplexing controls and tank mounted for central vacuum systems. Alternating controls alternate operation between the two pumps, turning one vacuum pump on when vacuum levels drop to predetermined level and shutting the unit off when a "top vacuum" level is attained, and then turning the second pump on when vacuum levels drop again to the lower level. Duplexing controls kick in when air flow requirements require both pumps to operate simultaneously to raise vacuum levels within the required range.
